I must be one of the few that actually enjoyed this album (at least, that was the case last time I jammed it, gotta relisten soon to make sure) This is a good album. It would have been a lot better if they had dumped all of the meandering empty sections, though. It's like a Voivod black metal album.

yeah A Time To Die is especially incredible. only thing that bugs me a lot is there's way too many spoken-word sections

I liked the title track to this the most. It builds up really well and Maniac sounds absolutely evil on it. Was never a huge fan of Maniac but on here he is brilliant.

i agree, it's frustrating. i could easily see this doing to black metal what Gorguts did with death metal on Obscura if only it were more focused and consistent. they definitely had something good going here

I never really liked this album but over the years I've grown to love it. At first this felt very inconsistent to me but now it feels like they weren't really missing anything when they made this. Maybe the To Daimonion parts were pointless at best.
