Where did you hear that? That's major news to me if that's true, but last I heard, scheduling commitments and shit (combined with the aforementioned legal battles) have prevented the album from being finished. Is it seriously finished but can't be released yet because of legal bullshit?

So looking at the album cover and the first song, I guess Chuck is talking about being trapped by being an artist? Notice how the guy is in a painting on the front and his finger is shining like the sign of creation or whatever. Also notice how fragile is lowercase and ART is capitalized while the i in existence is lowercase. Then the lyrics are “trapped by dreams”. Interesting.
