For me the second half dives off a cliff quality wise :/

Still have my Odyssey T-shirt of these guys, fond high school memories.

"For me the second half dives off a cliff quality wise :/"

I see why. Walls of Babylon is one of those aforementioned songs that I feel just drang on for too long. Seven is pretty one-sided in its exaggerated heaviness (and not as fun as Domination at that imo), and Sacrifice is good, but really generic when you compare it to the t/t. Revelation is the best of the second half imo, but it also goes on for a bit too long.

@Mars: Aye it still looks amazing and hasn't faded at all. Worth having just for the t/t and King of Terrors

@Roach: Yeah Walls is too long, Seven just wanks one interesting section to death, The Sacrifice is nothing and Revelation tries so hard to be epic and I'm having none of it. At least Eve rules.

Yeah, Eve is cool. The most power metal song on here along with Set the World on Fire.

I guess I don't mind the second half. Works fine for me.

Agree with everything roached said for the second half.

Domination sucks btw and walls of babylon and (speciallly) Revelation would benefit greatly from a shorter runtime

Revelation is great as it is imo. Walls of babylons instrumental section is really damn good

The biggest problem with Walls is how often it repeats the verses without any variation or reduction, and that despite the verses being kinda exhausting to listen to.

Haven't listened to it in a while, but I think i had the same issue with the song. Too much repetition

Romeo's ability is scary. The orchestration and choir elements are always on point from SX as well
