i've actually tried diphenhydramine before and i agree. it was fucked. too many bugs, too much weird... never gonna do that again.

it was exactly like dxm except with no double vision, more bugs, and none of the good bits of dxm. Also, the bugs were really unconvincing. I was just like ugh go FUCK YOURSELF BUGS YOU AREN'T EVEN REAL. Also I was incredibly nauseous the whole time, and I tried to just sleep it off but I couldn't fall asleep. And then, that night and the next two days I was severely depressed. legitimately the only negative drug experience I've ever had.

yeah it lacked the euphoria and "makes music amazing" aspects that makes DXM feel great... but maybe that's cause i didn't smoke any weed with it.
I didn't get the depression though, that sounds like it would blow. I did however hallucinate an entire phone call with my friend, witnessed blankets and walls vibrate and saw an empty cracker box as a copy of Jane Doe that i wanted to get signed at the concert i attended the night before. oh, and of course hundreds of tiny spiders stringing down from the ceiling... never again.

You probably did a higher dose than I. I think I had 500mg. I consistently kept thinking someone was knocking on my door and I kept hearing my RA's voice but I couldn't understand what he was saying.
I listened to Scrambles, and I felt like all the instruments were separate and didn't work together at all. It was a really disjointed and not at all fun experience.

i'd take dxm over it any day, even dxm alone which i've never done but is probably much better than diphen.
