Awesome album, listened to this today while I was plowing snow (ughhh!). One thing though, why are the lyrics ridiculously nu-metal on this album (and I mean horrible nu-metal lyrics)?

Regardless, "Burn The Remembrance" and "Ghost Of The Sun" are two of Katatonia's best.

Those and Wealth and Evidence are my favorites.

I will most likely agree with you after a few more listens. This and Last Fair Deal Gone Down are like my holiday albums (listened to LFDGD too many times over the last week). Too bad I'm just discovering how great this band is now.

This is my favorite Katatonia album, Omerta is amazing

Their best album and yes 'Burn the Remembrance' the standout.

Night Is The New Day is my favorite.

^'Night...Day' has the best production and probably the most consistent Kat. album. It may become my fave. Atm, Viva has more resonant tracks. Time will tell for me.
