This is her best album by far, maybe close to the first 2 in terms of "quality" but this album was her most "punk" and helped give "pop punk" a much better image with the cheerleader look and in your face shouting/chanting instead of the crappy emo bands that came before that was burning everyones ear drums



Punk was never emo, punk is in your face, punk is loud, punk is shouting, chanting, complaining, calling people out, making fun of something etc. This is the sound and image i prefer to link avril lavigne with as it suits her most

After all these years, I think Avril's nature is actually the style of this record, not the first two. The first two albums were probably more interfered with by the record company, making her look like the design on purpose
