So NIN is one of my favorite bands of all time, but i just can't get into this release.

I miss the live instruments, i miss the instrumental tracks, i miss the angst, i miss the emotion. I understand that Trent is at a different point in his life, but i just feel that he is capable of so much more.

Vessel is fucking perfect, my favorite off Year Zero, and one of NiN's best. It's hard to listen all the way through the album any more though.

This is my least favorite NIN album. It just doesnt feel like it used to.

Makes me want to find trent and tell him to get back in his hole and hate himself again, if only for the sake of his art.

Nothing wrong with this CD, it's very accesible. Plus it has Me, I'm Not, which is the epitome of an old school nin song.

Really? By far, that was his most generic, predicitable album to date. Nothing on the album left any sort of impression on me. Ghosts at least had some redeeming qualities but was still boring.

No. Pretty Hate Machine, Broken, The Downward Spiral, and The Fragile are all you need from Reznor. This Message Edited On 07.31.08

i agree pretty much. i still love Right Where It Belongs from With Teeth though. that's Reznor's best song to date. i also like a couple others off with teeth and Survivalism off here

uhh. i have this, the slip and the downward spiral. the only one i really enjoy regularly is the downward spiral, so i don't know where next..

gotta say i love some of the style on here though, the computer thing. it works really well on me i'm not and my violent heart. This Message Edited On 07.31.08

the downward spiral trumps all of his records by far. if you want to see trent reznor perform in his home town, check out the Voodoo Experience
