i couldnt agree more. i saw them open for isis and they were so incredibly boring, i couldnt see what the draw was. at the same time, i tried listening to some of their albums cuz it seems like they have a pretty large following but still, i just couldnt get into them (though i must say, they do sound better on the album than live): just not much variety at all.

It's really really good. But it's basically Silver Jr., despite being longer.

Silver is definitely the best place to start.

Well, Silver is alot easier to digest I find. I made the mistake of starting with their debut, which is proabably the hardest to get into, so I'd use this album as a transition point towards the s/t.

Honestly I liked Silver more than this one. The songs are all too slow on this one.
First 2 tracks are the best IMO.

I saw them live and they were good but their bassist kept having problems.

I don't really think that there's lack of variety in Jesu's music. Just compare Heart Ache, Weightless & Horizontal, Wolves..but maybe I just have low expectations

This is perfect fall/winter weather music! More so winter but whenever it's cold man this stuff shines!
