This was disappointing for me & the main reason is overlength with regards to many of the tracks. Only 5 of 13 songs on 'Silent Alarm' were over 4 minutes, where-as only 2 are less than 4 minutes here! And guess what, those 2 just happen to be the highlights ('Hunting for Witches' & 'The Prayer'). Coincidence... I think not!
The album starts well enough & there is some potential elsewhere, but there is also a lot of yawn moments unfortunately.

Everyone should download the instrumental version of the album, it's actually miles better. ;]

I take back what I said earlier, SRXT has recently grown on me. And I doubt the instrumental version of this album is better, since the lyrics are one of the defining features.
Also, Silent Alarm is my least fav Bloc Party album. It's just too disjointed.
