top 10 would be hard to pick but

Thru the Eyes of Ruby

1979

X.Y.U.

Jellybelly

Muzzle

Thirty-Three

Here is No Why

Porcelina of the Vast Oceans

Bodies

Where Boys Fear to Tread

not in order, with Scorched Earth, In the Arms of Sleep, Zero, Tonight Tonight and Stumbleine just missing the cut

Ruby was my favorite on this record for a long time but I think it may very well be Galapogos now

Considering some of the songs on this record have 50+ guitar tracks layered on top of each other, it better sound damn good.

Yeah this record is shamelessly over the top, part of its charm imo.

Where Boys Fear to Tread is my fave, it's so underrated. Tonight, Tonight is probably my 2nd fave or By Starlight or Here is No Why, so many goodies on here heh

I used to think this dropped off hard after XYU but I've come to realise how wrong I was.

I remember being in the Bahamas peering into the far off distance of the ocean during a thunderstorm on a very hot night, just after smoking some shwag that got me surprisingly high in the bathroom, and was listening to 1979. Great time.
